Founded:
The Museum was started around the year 2000 to give us a location to store,
collect, document and display our collection of artifacts and memorabilia that we
have acquired.
Collections:
Our displays provide a tour of Maine Aviation History starting from the earliest flights in Maine to the Space Age.
We maintain an archive of Maine Aviation History and have hundreds of pictures, stories and artifacts for you to view.
Hours:
Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day:
Saturdays: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sundays : Noon - 4 p.m.
After Labor Day weekend we attempt to keep the museum open on Saturdays (not Sunday) until the second Saturday of October, based on the availability of volunteers.
